Referred unsatisfactory work performance matters. The Employer may at any time elect, where there is reasonable cause, to manage the Employee’s work performance in accordance with clause 21. Once an election has been made by the Employer under this clause, any matters that have arisen under the process in this clause may be considered in the process pursuant to clause 21.
