REFLECTION ON GRIEVANT. The Board and the Association recognize and endorse the importance of bringing grievances to light and adjusting them promptly. The initiation of a grievance in good faith by an individual will not cause any reflection on that member's standing with the Administration or loyalty and desirability to the District, nor will the grievance be considered as a reflection on the Administration or the Board.
