– Reformatting of the Agreement. The parties mutually agree that following inclusion of economic terms pursuant to this Appendix, the Agreement will be modified to reflect changes made as a result of the application of this Appendix prior to printing and distribution of this Agreement. An original copy of the signed Agreement, along with a copy of the Agreement to which this Appendix makes reference, will be provided to each party to this Agreement.
