Refund of Fees. Licensee shall not be entitled to a refund of fees (or any portion thereof) upon termination of this Agreement, irrespective of the timing of termination (i.e., whether termination occurs one month, ten months, or more after the fee has been paid and the associated Certificate has been issued).
