Full Refund. A student who cancels enrollment agreement after the attendance of the first class session or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later, shall be entitled to receive a full refund. Cancellation shall occur when the student gives a notice to the FMAE via email, xxxx@xxxx.xxx. If sent by mail, the notice of cancellation is effective when postmarked, and properly addressed with postage paid.

Full Refund. The Owner will refund the User’s Reservation Deposit and Rental Fee in full in the event any of the following occur prior to the Rental Period: (i) the Premises are destroyed by fire or other casualty, in whole or in part, to the extent that the Owner, in Owner’s sole discretion, is of the opinion that the Premises will not be safely available for the User’s purposes during the requested Rental Period; (ii) the User convinces the Owner that the User will be unable to use the Premises during the Rental Period as a result of war, terrorism, govern- mental restrictions, or power failures expected to continue to the beginning of the Rental Period; or (iii) the Owner’s inability to provide the User with access to the Premises due to matters beyond the Owner’s control such as flooding, infestation, or governmental restrictions; or (iv) the Owner no longer owns the property, and in this case the Owner will notify the User in writing with greater than 60 days notification prior to the User’s event.

Full Refund. A school shall provide a student with a full refund, of all monies paid within 14 days if: (a) The school procured the student's enrollment as the result of any false representations in the writ- ten materials used by the school or in oral representations made by or on behalf of the school; or (b) The student withdraws from the program within the first 14 days of enrollment, a full refund, less than administrative fee, not to exceed $150. Full Refund. A student is entitled to full reduction of tuition when s/he drops from a course(s) during the first week of the eight- week session, providing a Columbia College add/drop/withdrawal form has been completed and submitted prior to the close of business on Monday of the second week of the session. Students who received books for dropped courses are required to return books to avoid book charges.
