Full Refund. A student who cancels enrollment agreement after the attendance of the first class session or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later, shall be entitled to receive a full refund. Cancellation shall occur when the student gives a notice to the FMAE via email, xxxx@xxxx.xxx. If sent by mail, the notice of cancellation is effective when postmarked, and properly addressed with postage paid.

The Owner will refund the User’s Reservation Deposit and Rental Fee in full in the event any of the following occur prior to the Rental Period: (i) the Premises are destroyed by fire or other casualty, in whole or in part, to the extent that the Owner, in Owner’s sole discretion, is of the opinion that the Premises will not be safely available for the User’s purposes during the requested Rental Period; (ii) the User convinces the Owner that the User will be unable to use the Premises during the Rental Period as a result of war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, or power failures expected to continue to the beginning of the Rental Period; or (iii) the Owner’s inability to provide the User with access to the Premises due to matters beyond the Owner’s control such as flooding, infestation, or governmental restrictions; or (iv) the Owner no longer owns the property, and in this case the Owner will notify the User in writing with greater than 60 days notification prior to the User’s event.

Our medical advisers will decide the most appropriate method of transportation for the evacuation and this benefit will not cover travel if it is against the advice of the insurer’s medical advisers or where the medical facility does not have appropriate facilities to treat the eligible medical conditions.

The Team accepts that the Company will not offer any assistance or advice to teams during the Team’s journey from the Designated Starting Point to the Designated Finishing Point. Without prejudice to any provision of the Terms of Entry, the Team shall be solely responsible for: planning its travel route from the Designated Starting Point to the Designated Finishing Point; making all necessary preparations; taking all the safety precautions it feels necessary; obtaining all necessary insurance, clearances, visas and authorizations to complete their chosen travel route. The team and each of its members, in line with clause 12.7 of the Terms of Entry above, will be responsible also for the obtaining of all necessary travel insurance to an adequate level in consideration of the high-risk nature of the Event.
