Common use of Refund of Fees Clause in Contracts

Refund of Fees. Where the Resident leaves the Nursing Home temporarily (otherwise than as covered by clause 3.14) during any period in respect of which the fees under this Agreement have been paid and the Proprietor achieves a material saving due to the Resident’s absence from the Nursing Home, the saving shall be passed on to the Resident.
