Refund of Grant Funds. 4.7 If, at any time, there remains an amount of Grant Funds that has not been expended in accordance with this Grant Agreement, the Project Work Plan or the Budget or any amount expended has not been expended in accordance with this Grant Agreement, the Project Work Plan or the Budget to Our satisfaction, We may request that You refund all or part of the Grant Funds that remains unexpended or has not been expended in accordance with this Grant Agreement, as directed by Us.
