Refund of Unearned Egg Donor Compensation. In the event this Agreement is terminated based on a Terminating Event prior to Egg Donor earning all of the Egg Donor Compensation, then IVFS shall refund to Prospective Parents, from the Egg Donor Compensation account, the unearned portion of the Egg Donor Compensation, within thirty (30) days of the date of termination of this Agreement.

  • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered.
