Refund of Unused Stewardship Credits. When, under BT8.33, Contracting Officer requests Con- tractor to delay or interrupt Contractor’s Operations for more than 60 days, unused Stewardship Credits may be refunded upon the written request of Contractor or at the discretion of Contracting Officer.
