Exhibitors selling items with a potentially high fire risk i.e. products that have a naked flame, must ensure that they produce a risk assessment with their application; copies of this must be available at the Market for the health and safety officer to inspect and you must provide their own suitable fire extinguisher for your Stall. The use of propane gas, or paraffin heaters is not permitted on Stalls unless pre-agreed with the WCEL.
