Common use of Refunds to OAG by XXXXXXX Clause in Contracts

Refunds to OAG by XXXXXXX. If the GRANTEE terminates for convenience under Section 6.1, or if the OAG terminates under Sections 6.1 or 6.2 before the purpose of this Grant Contract is accomplished, then the OAG may require the GRANTEE and/or the Certified Vendor to refund all or some of the grant funds paid under this Grant Contract. Such funds include those funds representing the number of months of SAVNS services that were previously invoiced and paid by the OAG under this Grant Contract.
