REGIONAL PROGRAM. 3.01 There is hereby created by this Agreement Greater Asotin Urban Area Regional Storm Sewer and Surface Water Management Public Utility (GA) for the purposes set forth above in Section 2.02. The GA shall be managed by The Regional Storm Sewer and Surface Water Management Public Utility coordinator, who shall be a non-voting member of the management team.

REGIONAL PROGRAM. 3.3.1 The Readiness Assessment Tool ONOCs Sainimili Xxxxxxxx and XXXX’s Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxx presented the project on the Readiness Assessment Tool (RAT). The session was a practical application of the assessment of a national federation using the RAT. The five national federations were Fiji Badminton, Palau Basketball Federation, Fiji Hockey, Xxxxxxxx Islands Swimming and Kiribati Basketball. Delegates had the opportunity to experience the process of self-assessment, analysis and prioritizing strategies based on the results of the RAT (refer to Annex 7.3 for process used). At the end of the session, the feedback received were: J A strong endorsement of the appropriateness of the tool from all the users J The healthy idea in having a team of administrators to complete an assessment on the national sport federation for objectivity. Group’s reiterated to have this as a criterion for quality control and data credibility. J The need for a user guide J A query on whether the tool is available for Australian-based sport organisations J The unavailability of internet connection showed the difficulty around accessing this audit toolsimilar to PIC challenges J Signed up users were still unable to access RAT despite having usernames and passwords J Frustrations aired by the delegates regarding the use of the software around its slowness and components of the tool were not functioning § Suggestions for RAT 2.0 and beyond J The inclusion of an action plan template J A compulsory requirement that assessment must be completed by a group of NF administrators OR alternatively the NOC and regional sport federation should have the ability to conduct a separate and independent assessment. These should be able to be compared for similarities and differences. J There is a need for endorsement by the NOC or regional sport federation before final results are released J Ensure the tool is fully functional before it is released publicly J Consideration for other benchmarks such as “participation” or “grassroots sport for development” initiatives J Commitment from ONOC leadership of continued investment in the further development of the RAT The access to the online RAT provided regional and national sport federations to utilize a unique tool that is available to all sport organisations under the 15 Pacific Islands NOC banner.   • Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP.   • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site.
