Marketing Plans definition

Marketing Plans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.4.
Marketing Plans means the plans developed from time to time during the Term in accordance with Paragraph 7 of this Agreement.
Marketing Plans means the sales and marketing plans for the Existing Product and the Next Products in the Field in the Territory, the initial form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and which may be amended from time to time by MDCO in its reasonable discretion and in consultation with Eagle.

More Definitions of Marketing Plans

Marketing Plans means the written plans (which shall include a detailed strategy, budget and proposed timelines and the pre-launch and launch activities to be undertaken) describing the Marketing activities to be carried out by each Party during each applicable Calendar Year pursuant to this Agreement which, with respect to Palatin, shall include the activities for which responsibility has been allocated to Palatin and, with respect to King, shall include the activities for which responsibility has been allocated to King. After the date hereof, each Marketing Plan will be set forth in a written document prepared by the Parties and approved by the JDMC and annexed hereto as an amendment to Exhibit F.
Marketing Plans. Marketing and promotional programs for the origination of new Accounts, or renewed or increased usage of existing Accounts, including first purchase discounts, SaksFirst and other Loyalty Programs, bounce backs and sales associate compensation programs (including incentives for special promotions) in effect on the date hereof.
