Common use of REGIONAL WATER PLANNING Clause in Contracts

REGIONAL WATER PLANNING. The negotiations leading to this Settlement Agreement have provided the opportunity to discuss the non-federal Parties’ common interests in, and the mutual benefits of, regional water planning and supply, improved efficiencies, water quality, and water conservation measures. If studies of these benefits are sought, such studies will not be included or funded as a component of this Settlement Agreement.
