Registration Completed. In order to complete your registration with us, you must acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions in this agreement, which includes our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other documents referenced in this Agreement. By entering into this agreement, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by all other rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the App/ Website of which are incorporated herein by reference and each of which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

  • Registration of Contractor All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to Section 1725.5. Bids cannot be accepted from unregistered contractors except as provided in Section 1771.1. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. After award of the contract, Contractor and each Subcontractor shall furnish electronic payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner in the manner specified in Labor Code Section 1771.4.
