BNEA does not assume any liability for User-Generated Content, including for any failure to remove, or any delay in removing User-Generated Content. BNEA expressly disclaims any expectation of privacy with respect to any User-Generated Content You may create or contribute through the Game, including through any forum posting or online chats, and reserves the right to review all such User-Generated Content whenever BNEA reasonably suspects a violation of this Section, or any other provision of this XXXX may have occurred. No Independent Websites No Market Partner may independently design a website that uses the names, logos, or product descriptions of MONAT or otherwise promotes (directly or indirectly) MONAT products or the MONAT opportunity. A Market Partner shall not use “blind” ads on the Internet that make product or income claims which are ultimately associated with MONAT products, the MONAT opportunity, or the MONAT Compensation Plan.
