REGISTRATION OF NOTICE OF AGREEMENT. 15.1 The Owner hereby covenants and agrees that this Agreement and the schedules hereto, or 8 any part thereof, may be registered upon the title of the Owner’s Lands. Such registration shall be at the instance of the Region and at its sole discretion. The covenants, agreements, conditions and undertakings herein contained shall be binding upon the Owner, its successors and permitted assigns as owners and occupiers from time to time and this covenant shall be to the benefit of the Region and its lands and highways appurtenant and adjacent to the subject lands.
REGISTRATION OF NOTICE OF AGREEMENT. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Optionor shall be entitled to register a copy of a Notice of this Agreement against title to the mining claims listed in Schedule "A", a copy of which Notice is set out in Schedule "J".
