Registration of rights and reservations. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Lease, the Tenant named in the Particulars is to apply to the Land Registry to note the burden of the rights granted by clause 3.1 and to note the benefit of the rights reserved by clause 3.3 on the title number(s) set out in clauses LR2.1 and LR2.2 of the Land Registry Particulars.
