Registration Rights and Lengthening of Term. If a registration statement has not been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and become effective with respect to the Warrant Shares, as such term is defined in Section 3 of this Warrant, within 270 days of the date first referenced above, then the Expiration Date shall be extended by one day for every day that the Warrant Shares remain unregistered after the 270th day.
