Regular and Administrative Faculty Members. (a) Regular and administrative faculty members who are unable to perform faculty duties for a period of more than two (2) weeks for reasons described in Section 14.1.3 will be permitted to take an extended medical leave. Faculty members must notify an academic xxxx when they become aware of the need for an extended medical leave, and must provide written medical verification of the reason for the leave. The Xxxxxxx or designee must approve all extended medical leaves.
