Regular and Special Education. Added Duty Assignments may be issued to bargaining unit members for teaching less than a twenty (20) percent student load above his/her regular assignment. Compensation shall be at the double sub rate prorated. It is not the intent of this Sub- Section to subvert class size maximums in this Agreement, and only in extraordinary circumstances shall an Added Duty Assignment be issued under this Sub-Section.
