Regular and Special Meetings. Regular meetings of the ---------------------------- Committee shall be held at such times and places, within or without the State of Delaware, as the Committee may from time to time determine. Special meetings of the Committee may be called by any four Committee Members, and shall be held at such times and places, within or without the State of Delaware, as may be specified in such call.
