Supervision & Safety. The parties acknowledge and agree that responsibility for the safety, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of the workers providing the Services is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for compliance with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as those acts are amended from time to time, related to duties performed by the Contractor for Cramahe, and the costs of such compliance.
Supervision & Safety. Xxxxxx agrees to assume full responsibility for the supervision of all persons entering the aforementioned facilities in conjunction with the Lessee's activities or events, including participants, coaches and other staff and spectators. Lessee shall require that all such persons conduct themselves in an orderly and safe manner consistent with the policies for use of the aforementioned facilities.
Supervision & Safety. All shifts shall be supervised by an on-duty chief officer.
