REGULAR ASSIGNED ENGINEERS. The engineer, or crew, regularly assigned to a piece of equipment shall be given preference when this piece of equipment is required to work on a regular workday, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, or other overtime. When the equipment to which such engineer or crew is assigned is utilized and the engineer or crew is not given preference, such engineer or crew shall be paid for all hours that the machine has worked.
