Common use of Regular Assignments Clause in Contracts

Regular Assignments. An employee covered by this Agreement will be tentatively advised prior to the end of the contract year, on the basis of information available at that time, of any changes in building assignment, grade level, or subject areas for the next contract year. He/she will be so advised in writing. The giving of notice, as herein provided, shall not preclude the reassignment of employees before the beginning of the next work year or during the school year as deemed appropriate by the Administration. In the event that such reassignment is necessary, employees being reassigned shall be notified in writing.
