Regular Maintenance. Tenant agrees, at Xxxxxx’s expense, to maintain the yard in good condition—i.e. keeping the grass cut, edged, and trimmed; keeping trash, limbs, etc. picked up and properly disposed of off Premises; keeping the shrubs and other plantings appropriately trimmed and at proper levels, usually not higher than window xxxxx. Deterioration of the lawns and landscaping caused by abuse, misuse or neglect, including damage caused by pets, lack of watering, inadequate fertilizing and weed control, is Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant is expected to keep the yard in at least as good a condition as at the beginning of occupancy.
Regular Maintenance. All maintenance, repair and/or replacement of interior and exterior wood doors, windows (includes replacement of glass), stairs, porches, shutters, fences, railings, fixtures, storage and/or garbage enclosures, and interior walls, ceilings and floors.
Regular Maintenance. City is responsible for all regular maintenance of the Parking Area. For purposes of this section, regular maintenance of the Parking Area means all regular maintenance required to keep the Parking Area in good condition and repair, including minor repairs and the maintenance of any landscaped areas. VCTC agrees to pay one half of the costs associated with such regular maintenance, which will include the cost of the City employees or contractors performing such maintenance as well as the reasonable costs of any equipment or supplies needed to perform the work. City will invoice VCTC on a bi-annual basis for its share of such maintenance costs, which invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt by VCTC. The parties acknowledge that the City’s current annual cost to maintain the Parking Area is approximately $ , and agree that such amount is a reasonable cost based on the existing use of the Parking Area. The parties further acknowledge and agree that the cost estimate in the previous sentence is for the sole purpose of establishing a reasonable cost baseline, and is not intended to place a cap on VCTC’s obligation to share in the regular maintenance costs of the Parking Area. If parties ever disagree about the level and quality of maintenance that City is providing, the parties will meet and confer in a good faith effort to resolve the differences between the expected level of maintenance and the provided level of maintenance.
Regular Maintenance. EPI-USE has a weekly maintenance window for system and infrastructure maintenance once the system has been handed over to Client. During this time Client cannot expect system uptime (downtimes are not SLA relevant) and should not schedule any jobs or processes. (a) Electricity Testing and measurement of Grounding System
(b) Lighting: Replacement of outdoor, aviation, and tower lamp

Licensor shall assign 4 staffs, including, but not limited to, OA(Operation Administrator), SA(System Administrator), DBA(Database Administrator), and SE(System Engineer) to dispatch to the Territory during at least 3 working days(based on 8 hours a day of each per personnel) excluding the traveling time for this assistance but the number of dispatched person and duration could be changed by mutual agreement between the Parties. All costs and expenses actually incurred by any personnel dispatched by Licensor to perform Regular Maintenance in the Territory, including, without limitation, traveling cost including all round-trip airfare, lodging, daily allowance and other general living expenses incurred during their stay shall be borne by Licensee and the flight hours shall not be counted a working day but shall be subject for a daily allowance charge of US$100/day/person.
