Common use of Regular Rural Carriers Clause in Contracts

Regular Rural Carriers. In order to be eligible to receive a one-time cash payment, the employee must be in a full-time regular pay status during the pay period immediately prior to the effective date of the one-time cash payment, i.e., February 3, 2002.
