Common use of Regular Workday and Workweek Clause in Contracts

Regular Workday and Workweek. ‌ Definition. The regular workday shall be eight (8) hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period and shall commence when a patrol officer starts work or is scheduled to start work.
