Regulatory Reporting. Admiral may be obliged under Applicable Regulations to make public certain information regarding our transactions with you. You acknowledge and agree that we are entitled to disclose such information and that such information held by us shall be our sole and exclusive property. You agree to provide us with all information that we may reasonably request for the purpose of complying with our obligations under Applicable Regulations and that you consent for us to provide to any third party such information about you and your relationship with us pursuant to this Agreement (including but not limited to your transactions, money or assets on your account) as we consider, acting reasonably, appropriate or as required to comply with any applicable regulation or Term of this Agreement.
