Regulatory Reports with respect to each Facility. Within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s receipt, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord by written notice the following regulatory reports with respect to each Facility: • If applicable, and upon request of Landlord, Medicaid cost reports for the Facility within ten days after filing of the report with the State agency, and with respect to surveys with a G tag or higher, any State and federal health care survey and inspection reports, inspector exit interview notes and report, plans of correction, re-survey reports, evidence of annual license renewal, HIPDB adverse action report, notice of any investigation, inspection or survey by licensing authorities, notice of licensure deficiencies or admissions ban, issuance of a provisional or temporary license and all correspondence regarding any of the foregoing for each Facility – within thirty (30) days after receipt by Tenant.
Regulatory Reports with respect to each Facility. Within five Business Days after Tenant’s receipt of any notice of an event that is, or is reasonably likely to result in, a Regulatory Event, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of such notice. Within two (2) Business Days after Tenant’s submission of any voluntary self-disclosure or similar report to any Government Authority disclosing any actual or potential violation of Legal Requirements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord copies of the same, so long as such delivery does not conflict with any legal obligations to any Government Authority.
Regulatory Reports with respect to each Facility. Within ten (10) Business Days after Tenant’s receipt, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord by written notice the following regulatory reports with respect to each Facility: ○ All federal, state and local licensing and reimbursement certification surveys, inspection and other reports received by Tenant as to any Facility and its operations, including state department of health licensing surveys and reports relating to complaint surveys; ○ All Medicare and Medicaid certification surveys; ○ All life safety code survey reports and/or fire marshal survey reports.
