Government Authority. The United States of America or any state, district, territory, or possession thereof, any local government within the United States of America or any of its territories and possessions, any foreign government having appropriate jurisdiction or any province, territory, or possession thereof, or any court, tribunal, administrative or regulatory agency, taxing or revenue authority, central bank or banking regulatory agency, commission, or body of any of the foregoing.
Government Authority. “Government Authority” shall mean any United States or non-United States federal, national, state, territory, provincial or local court, arbitral tribunal, administrative agency or commission or other governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, department, official, or entity and any court or other tribunal), including any regulatory agency or authority, any securities exchange and any organization or body exercising, or entitled exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority or power of any nature.
Government Authority. The General Partner has all governmental, regulatory and other approvals and licenses and has effected all filings and registrations including, without limitation, registration as a commodity pool operator under the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended, and membership in NFA, as a corporation under the laws of the State of Delaware, required to conduct its business as described in the Prospectus or required to perform its obligations as described therein or under the limited partnership agreement, the power of attorney to the CTA, this Agreement and the Brokerage Agreements, and covenants that it will use its best efforts to maintain such approvals, licenses, filings, registrations, and memberships in full force and effect.
Government Authority. Except for those are disclosed in the disclosure schedule, there is no litigation or investigation launched by any government authority or other entity that may limit or prohibit or in any way obstruct the transaction under the Agreement or directly or indirectly through laws or regulation prohibit or substantially limit the Company’s current business, and there is no any unauthorized or illegal donation or payment by the Company.
Government Authority. 1.1 This Management of Balancing Agreement is made pursuant to the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") contained in 18 C.F.R. Part 284, as amended from time to time, and pursuant to Rate Schedule MBA and the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff.
1.2 This Agreement is subject to all valid legislation with respect to the subject matters hereof, either state or federal, and to all valid present and future decisions, orders, rules, regulations and ordinances of all duly constituted governmental authorities having jurisdiction.
Government Authority. Any national, state or local government or any subdivision, agency, court, commission, board, bureau or other authority thereof, or any arbitrator with authority to bind a party at law.

A judiciary, legislative, political or administrative authority in Peru, empowered by the Applicable Laws to issue or construe general or particular regulations or decisions that have binding effect for the entities within its scope. Any reference to a particular Government Authority will be regarded as a reference to such authority, or to any of its successors or agents duly appointed by such authority to perform the actions established in the Contract or the Applicable Laws
Government Authority. Any Federal, national, state, municipal, local, --------------------- territorial, or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency regulatory authority, instrumentality, judicial or administrative body, domestic or foreign.
Government Authority. The Parties shall comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations covering the subject of this Agreement, and any and all valid orders and regulations issued pursuant to any federal, state, or local law, or regulation governing the subject of this Agreement.
