License Renewal. Certified participants will be responsible for keeping track of their personal professional development hours for license renewal.
License Renewal. A. At the end of the initial Access Period, Licensee may renew the Agreement for an additional one year Access Period, and for subsequent one year Access Periods at the end of each additional Access period, by payment of an invoice generated annually from Oregon (“License Renewal”). Any renewal is subject to the approval of Oregon which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion.
B. If the License Renewal payment is not received within 60 days following the receipt by the Licensee of the invoice, access to Licensed Software system will expire except as otherwise allowed during the Inactive Period in Section 4.A. Oregon reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement for any renewal period including the modification of the fees for any renewal period upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.

License Renewal. 26.01 The Company will reimburse employees for the additional cost (e.g. in excess of their standard drivers license) that is involved in maintaining a special license required by law or by the Company for specific classifications.
26.02 The Company will reimburse employees for time lost from work in order to take training sufficient to qualify for maintaining certification or write tests for licenses required to perform their classification for the Company where it is impossible to schedule the employees forty (40) hours of work in the week in which such training or tests are taken.
License Renewal. A contract of employment issued by the Board and signed by a teacher shall be null and void if, by July 1, the teacher fails to provide the Superintendent a copy of a valid Vermont educator license for his/her assignment for that school year. This deadline shall be extended by the Superintendent (only as permitted under state laws and regulations) if the teacher provides documentation that s/he has done everything s/he needs to do to become licensed prior to May 1 and the delay is at the VT Agency of Education. The Superintendent may also extend the deadline due to other extenuating circumstances outside of the teacher’s control.
License Renewal. Employees who hold positions which require vehicle operator licenses shall be reimbursed (beyond the cost of Class C license renewal fee) for the cost of such licenses and California Special Driver Certificate upon renewal.

Represented employees are not required to wear uniforms except where currently required to do so. Appropriate clean-up time before meal breaks and at the end of the work day shall be provided. Appropriate clean-up time for gardeners shall be provided after spraying, as determined necessary upon consultation with the employee’s supervisor (to include the 3424 Pest Control Specialist).
License Renewal. The City agrees to pay the cost of maintaining certification and licenses that are within the minimum requirements for the licensee's job.
