REGULATORY WORKFORCE STANDARDS REQUIREMENTS. Workforce Standards for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) and Advanced Lighting Control Programs or Projects (if applicable) At all times during the Agreement Term and to the extent applicable, Implementer shall comply with, and shall cause its Implementer Parties to comply with the applicable CPUC mandated Workforce Standards which shall be included in the Attachment 2 and Implementer’s Final Implementation Plan. Prior to commencement of any Services, once per calendar year, and at any other time as may be requested by PG&E, Implementer shall provide all documentation necessary to demonstrate to PG&E’s reasonable satisfaction that Implementer has complied with the Workforce Standards.   • Academic Requirements A. The Institutions agree to follow the joint program curriculum and course by course articulation delineated in Appendix 1, which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.

  • Technology Requirements (a) National Information Exchange Model ("NIEM"). SUBRECIPIENT shall use the latest NIEM specifications and guidelines regarding the use of Extensible Markup Language ("XML") for all awards of Grant Funds.

  • System Requirements Apple Software is supported only on Apple-branded hardware that meets specified system requirements as indicated by Apple.

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.

  • HIPAA Requirements The Parties agree that the provisions under HIPAA Rules that are required by law to be incorporated into this Amendment are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Program Requirements A. The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.

  • Regulatory Requirements Each Party’s obligations under this Agreement shall be subject to its receipt of any required approval or certificate from one or more Governmental Authorities in the form and substance satisfactory to the applying Party, or the Party making any required filings with, or providing notice to, such Governmental Authorities, and the expiration of any time period associated therewith. Each Party shall in good faith seek and use its Reasonable Efforts to obtain such other approvals. Nothing in this Agreement shall require Developer to take any action that could result in its inability to obtain, or its loss of, status or exemption under the Federal Power Act or the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 or the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.
