Rehearsal of Intimacy. ‌ If the Actor and/or Director, following consultation about scenes of intimacy, wish to have an Intimacy Director available during rehearsals, their request shall not be unreasonably denied. Scenes of nudity or Intimacy must never be rehearsed without the presence of the Director, Intimacy Director, or Intimacy Captain. In all instances, the Stage Manager must be present. Scenes of nudity or Intimacy should always be considered choreography and, as such, should be recorded in detail in the Stage Manager’s prompt book. Intimacy choreography, including the placement of backstage crew and any cover-ups, must be rehearsed with the consent of all Artists involved and must be locked and repeatable by opening night.

  • How to File an Appeal of a Prescription Drug Denial For denials of a prescription drug claim based on our determination that the service was not medically necessary or appropriate, or that the service was experimental or investigational, you may request an appeal without first submitting a request for reconsideration. You may not request an expedited review of covered healthcare services already received.

  • CFR PART 200 Procurement of Recovered Materials A non-Federal entity that is a state agency or agency of a political subdivision of a state and its contractors must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The requirements of Section 6002 include procuring only items designated in guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 that contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable, consistent with maintaining a satisfactory level of competition, where the purchase price of the item exceeds $10,000 or the value of the quantity acquired during the preceding fiscal year exceeded $10,000; procuring solid waste management services in a manner that maximizes energy and resource recovery; and establishing an affirmative procurement program for procurement of recovered materials identified in the EPA guidelines.   • Grievance Commissioner The Employer and Union may mutually agree in writing to invoke the Commissioner Process rather than proceed to arbitration as set out in this Collective Agreement. All cases referred to arbitration where an employee has a grievance concerning discipline will only be referred to a Grievance Commissioner if the Employer and the Union agree in writing on all the facts. The parties may also agree to group grievances before a single Grievance Commissioner. A Grievance Commissioner (where more than one, acting in rotation) will set aside such time as may be requested by the Employer and the Union to consider and determine grievances referred to them. A Grievance Commissioner shall have the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as a Board of Arbitration hereunder, save and except as expressly provided in 9.18 to 9.22 hereof.

  • Grievance Commissioner System This is to confirm the discussion of the parties during collective bargaining that they are committed to encouraging early discussion and resolution of labour relations issues at the local level and seek to resolve grievances in a timely and cost efficient manner.   • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.
