Reimbursed Costs Audit. The accounts and records of the City relating to the reimbursable costs for the Project shall be audited in the same manner as all other accounts and records of the City are audited. During the time of maintenance of information under section 3.04, authorized representatives of the Council, the Legislative Auditor and/or State Auditor in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 16C.05, subdivision 5, the United States Secretary of Transportation, the FTA Administrator, and the United States Comptroller General in accordance with 49 U.S.C. Section 5325(g) will have access to all such books, records, documents, accounting practices and procedures, and other information for the purpose of inspection, audit, and copying during normal business hours. Proper facilities for such access and inspection shall be provided by the City. The provisions of this Section 3.05 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, X. Xxxxx shall reimburse Xxxxxxxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to X. Xxxxx’x attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, X. Xxxxx shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx” in the amount of $16,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in Section 3.2(a)(i), above.

  • Reimbursement Procedure Reimbursement shall be made upon successful completion of a course with a grade of C (2.00) or better. The employee shall submit an official transcript or certificate demonstrating successful completion of the course and a receipt from the institution confirming the employee has paid for tuition, fees, and required textbooks. Any financial assistance available to an employee shall be deducted from the amount of tuition reimbursement that would otherwise be payable. The employee shall not be reimbursed for incidental expenses such as paper or supplies, mileage, parking, meals, or other expenses other than tuition, fees, and required textbooks.

  • Reimbursement Process (a) Proposals shall be reviewed by the subcommittee composed of two bargaining unit members and two employer members, to be named by the Joint Committee;

Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.

  • Cost Reimbursement This payment method is based on an approved budget and submission of a request for reimbursement of expenses Xxxxxxx has incurred at the time of the request;

  • Recover Copying Costs The Participating Institutions may impose a reasonable fee on the Authorized Users to cover costs of copying or printing portions of the Licensed Materials by or for the Authorized Users.
