Common use of REIMBURSEMENT AND INVOICING Clause in Contracts

REIMBURSEMENT AND INVOICING. For performance of the services described in this agreement, the LPA will be reimbursed for direct costs and indirect costs as defined below in this section, that are allowable subject to the terms of this agreement and to all requirements and limitations of the State policies and the federal cost principles contained in 2 CFR 225 – Cost Principles for State, Local and Tribal Governments and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR 31). The total agreement amount is $4,133.18, of which $3,306.54 is the Federal share and $826.64 is the LPA share. 9.1 Direct costs must be incurred specifically for the services performed under this agreement, and include: a. Direct Labor Costs – 1. Hourly Rates: For time devoted and identified specifically for work under this agreement and based upon actual hours as documented by time reports that account for all hours compensated during the pay period and billed at actual labor rates.
