Reimbursement from Third Party Landowners. As set forth in Chapter 4 of Volume 1 of the Infrastructure Financing Plan, City hereby agrees to collect reimbursements for developers who construct certain roadway frontage lanes (on Oak Tree Lane) from the following benefitting properties: APN 000-000-000; and APN 338-010- 057. City hereby agrees to collect such reimbursements prior to (i) accepting any small lot final map for said properties, or (ii) issuance of the first building permit for said properties, whichever occurs first.
