Common use of Reimbursement of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, upon presentation by the Executive of documentation, expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably request.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, travel and entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance course of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreementemployment in accordance with the Company's normal policies, upon presentation by the Executive submission of documentation, properly documented expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably requestaccount reports.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall pay, or reimburse the Executive for for, all reasonable ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Executive in performing his obligations under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company's policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by business expenses, subject to the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance Company's requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, upon presentation by the Executive of documentation, expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably requestexpenses.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses out-of-pocket costs incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, upon presentation by the Executive of documentation, expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably request.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment entertainment, business development, data access, telephone and other expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, upon presentation by the with Company’s business. Executive of documentation, expense statements, vouchers, and/or shall furnish such other supporting information documentation with respect to reimbursement to be paid hereunder as the Company may shall reasonably request.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment travel and other business expenses incurred or paid by him during the Executive Employment Term in connection with, or related to, the performance fulfillment of his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreementduties hereunder, upon presentation by the Executive of documentationan itemized account of such expenditures, in accordance with Company business expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably requestand reimbursement practices.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other properly documented expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him, in accordance with applicable Company policy, in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his dutiesExecutive’s duties hereunder. The Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable attorneys fees incurred to negotiate and prepare this Agreement and the Exhibits thereto, responsibilities or services under this Agreementin an amount not to exceed $10,000, upon presentation by the Executive of documentation, expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably requestapplicable substantiation.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel, entertainment lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him in connection with, or related to, the with his performance of his dutiesservices hereunder upon submission of evidence, responsibilities or services under this Agreementsatisfactory to the Company, upon presentation by of the Executive incurrence and purpose of documentation, each such expense statements, vouchers, and/or such other supporting information and otherwise in accordance with the Company's business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as the Company may reasonably requestin effect from time to time.
