Reimbursement of Director Expenses. Each Director shall be entitled to receive from the Company reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (including travel related expenses), if any, incurred in connection with the performance of his or her duties as a director. Nothing contained in this Section 6.9 shall preclude any member of the Board of Directors from serving the Company or its subsidiaries in any other capacity and receiving proper compensation therefor.
Reimbursement of Director Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the reasonable documented expenses incurred by the directors elected by the holders of Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Voting Agreement between the Company and the Investors of even date herewith (the "Voting Agreement") in connection with such directors' attendance of meetings of the Company's Board of Directors promptly upon receipt of documentation of such expenses.
Reimbursement of Director Expenses. The Company will pay all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Oak Hill Nominees in connection with traveling to and from and attending meetings of the Board (and any committee thereof) and while conducting business at the request of the Company.

Reimbursement of Director Expenses. The Company shall reimburse reasonable documented legal expenses incurred by the Director in connection with this Agreement within 30 days of signing this Agreement.
