Reimbursement of Publication Costs. The Company shall, as a condition to the occurrence of the Effective Date of this Agreement, reimburse the City for costs incurred by the City for compliance with legal notice publication requirements in connection with the award of this franchise. The Company expressly agrees that the payments referred to in this Section 7.2.1 are in addition to and not in lieu of, and shall not be offset against, the compensation to be paid to the City by the Company pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof or any other amount that may be payable to the City.
