Reinspection. Prior to an Owner reoccupying the subject property or Owner initiating any repairs or maintenance while this Agreement is in effect, a joint inspection by the Owner, and Agent will be made, unless Owner is unavailable.
Reinspection. Request reinspection when the Work identified in previous inspections as incomplete is completed or corrected.
Reinspection is a type of inspection that is required when during a routine inspection risk/critical violations are noted on the inspection report that cannot be corrected onsite or when consecutive repeat violations are noted on past inspection reports. Reinspections are required inspections to assure that violations have been corrected. Fees are associated with type of inspection.
Reinspection. Reinspection of questioned Work may be ordered by the Owner, and if so ordered, the Work must be uncovered by the Contractor. If such Work is found to be in accordance with the Contract Documents, the Owner shall pay the cost of reinspection and replacement. Reinspection. Xxxxxx agrees to pay CRMC the sum of $175.00 for each re-inspection of the Premises if any one or more of the following circumstances occur: 1) Lessee elects to perform the repairs to the Premises in preparation for the inspection rather than permit CRMC to perform repairs. 2) There is an infraction that requires re-inspection that the City deems to be a tenant issue. 3) Damage occurs to the Premises after CRMC performs repairs in preparation for such inspection.

(2) Lots of peanuts which have not been certified as meeting the requirements for disposition to human consumption outlets, may be disposed for non-human consumption uses which are not regulated or limited by the provisions specified hereinafter in this section: Provided, That each such lot is positive lot identified, using red tags, and certified as to aflatoxin content (actual numerical count). However, on the shipping papers covering the disposition of each such lot of inedible quality peanuts, the handler shall cause the following statement to be shown: “The peanuts covered by this bill of lading (or invoice, etc.) are not to be used for human consumption.” (3) Except for inedible quality peanuts disposed of under the provisions of paragraph (f)(2) of this section and peanuts derived from the milling for seed of Segregation 2 and 3 farmers stock peanuts, peanuts which have not been certified as meeting the standards set forth in paragraphs (a) or (b) of this section shall be disposed of as prescribed hereinafter in this section. (g) Xxxxxxx oil stock residuals—for crushing or export. Peanuts and portions of peanuts which are separated from edible quality peanuts by screening or sorting or other means during the milling process, may be segregated into categories or commingled as xxxxxxx oil stock residuals. Reinspection. You will promptly cure any problems with the Equipment that are discovered during our inspection. o You will use the Equipment only for business purposes. You will obey all legal and regulatory requirements in your use of the Equipment. o You will make all additions, modifications and improvements to the Equipment that are required by law or government regulation. Otherwise, you will not alter the Equipment without our written permission. You will replace all worn, lost, stolen or destroyed parts of the Equipment with replacement parts that are as good or better than the original parts. The new parts will become our property upon replacement. o You will not remove the Equipment from the location indicated in the Schedule without our written permission.

(1) At least once every 3 years after a management plan is in effect, each local education agency shall conduct a reinspection of all friable and nonfriable known or assumed ACBM in each school building that they lease, own, or otherwise use as a school building.
