Common use of Reinspection Clause in Contracts

Reinspection. is a type of inspection that is required when during a routine inspection risk/critical violations are noted on the inspection report that cannot be corrected onsite or when consecutive repeat violations are noted on past inspection reports. Reinspections are required inspections to assure that violations have been corrected. Fees are associated with type of inspection.
