Reinstatement of Accommodation Unit. 3.2.1 Within 30 days after the Termination Date the Resident and the Scheme Operator must negotiate in good faith and if possible agree in writing on the Reinstatement Work but if agreement cannot be reached the Scheme Operator must obtain a statement of the work and an itemised quotation for carrying out the work from an appropriately qualified tradesperson within a further 14 days.
