Reinstatement of Services. Promptly after implementing a Service Suspension, Ricoh will notify Subscriber of the cause for this action. If Subscriber cures the cause of a Service Suspension, Ricoh will restore access or Services once Subscriber pays Ricoh’s reasonable administrative charges for reinstatement. In addition to its other rights, Ricoh may terminate this Agreement if Subscriber does not promptly cure the cause of a Service Suspension or does not pay the associated additional charges for Service reinstatement.
