Common use of Reinstatement of Services Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Services. In the event of cancellation of or nonpayment for Technical Support and Maintenance Services, any subsequent renewals will be subject to a reinstatement charge of 50% multiplied by the then current Licensed Software license fee, plus any unpaid historical and current annual Support Fees.
