Any employee who is laid off and receives payment for thirty-three and one- third percent (33-1/3%) of their total accumulated sick leave credits shall be credited with the remaining sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66-2/3%) of their accumulated sick leave credits if and when said employee is recalled.
