Reinstatement on a Reemployment List. A permanent employee who has resigned in good standing may, with the recommendation of the Police Chief, the City Manager, and the approval of the Civil Service Commission, be restored to a reemployment list of the same classification upon as held upon resignation within a period of one (1) year from the effective date of his/her resignation.
