Reinstatement Rights. Upon return from leave, the individual/small group instruction teacher shall be reinstated to a position and shall assume the same position on the salary schedule held prior to the leave. A. The individual/small group instruction teacher's assignment, insofar as practicable, shall be comparable to that held prior to the leave. B. Nothing in this section shall abridge the rights of any employee as defined in Ohio Revised Code 3317.13.
