Common use of Reinstatements Clause in Contracts

Reinstatements. If a contract reinsured hereunder that was reduced, terminated, or lapsed, and is subsequently reinstated, the reinsurance for such contract under this Agreement will be reinstated automatically to the amount that would be in force if the contract had not been reduced, terminated, or lapsed. The Company will pay to the Reinsurer the Reinsurer’s proportionate share of all amounts collected from, or charged to, the insured.
