Reinvestment in Collateral Obligations. Whenever the Collateral Manager is required to use commercially reasonable efforts to direct the reinvestment of Sale Proceeds on behalf of the Issuer under this Section, such reinvestment shall be subject to market conditions and the availability and suitability of available investments.
